How does payment work?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Checks must clear the bank before an order can be processed. Custom printing orders require a 50% deposit. Once your sample has been approved for printing, the balance is due. Blank stock orders will be charged the full invoice total before the order is processed.

What is your return policy?
All card stock is final sale. If there is an error on any printed material, and the error is on our part, Salutations will correct the issue at no additional cost. If the error is the customer's mistake, we will reprint the job and the customer will be expected to pay for the original invoice total as well as the cost of the reprint. It is very important to look over all proofs with extreme accuracy.

Can I order the Envelopments stock blank as well as printed?
Absolutely! All of our stock can be purchased blank, with the option to add our design services. Card stock may be purchased with additional options such as custom cutting, custom scoring, and custom drilling. Salutations is available to assist in design, printing, assembling, addressing, and mailing your invitation ensembles.

How long will it take to receive my order once it has been placed?
All blank stock is typically received in 7 to 10 business days. In some instances, an item may be on backorder and result in delay. In the event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately with an estimated delivery date. Custom printing orders generally take 3 to 8 weeks, depending on our current order log and the complexity of your order. Salutations uses standard ground shipping for all deliveries, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days after the orders are processed. If you would like expedited shipping, your order must be received by Noon EST to ship within 24 hours. We are not able to determine expedited shipping costs until after the items have already shipped. Second or third day shipping is always a less expensive alternative to overnight shipping if time allows.
Please check your order for accuracy as soon as it arriaves and report any errors to Salutations immediately. Allow for additional time in case of errors or backorders.

What printing options do you offer?
Most of the invitation ensembles displayed in our gallery are laser printed. However we will gladly accomodate any requests for thermography, letter press, foil, and engraving when possible. If you are interested in any of these alternatives, please contact us for a custom quote.

Do you offer calligraphy and addressing services?
We certainly do! Out standard addressing service is a computer calligraphy, where we use a font that matches your invitation or a font that simulates the look of handwriting. Our computer calligraphy is a much less expensive alternative to hand calligraphy, and allows us to complete your order quicker. Our computer calligraphy starts at 50 cents an envelope depending on the layout chosen.

What is your process for ordering custom designed/printed invitations?
The first step is to select the style, size, and colors for your invitation ensemble. Salutations will generate an invoice based on your quantities and the level of services you are interested in (design, printing, assembling, addressing, etc.). Should you decide to move forward with the project, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once we have your font selections and wording, we will work up proofs and send you a PDF of your invitation. Once the proofs have been approved, you will receive a mock-up of your invitation with your paper selections. At this point, the balance of you invoice is due and we will complete your project. We can work with you via email, fax, phone, or in person to create your ensemble to your specifications.

What is the average price of your invitation ensembles?
Since all of our ensembles are custom, it is difficult to give an estimate without knowing the exact quantity, paper selections, print style, number of inserts, number of layers, level of assembly, etc. We can work with you to get your invitation ensemble within your budget. Salutations is available to design, print, assemble, address, and mail your invitations. The customer can elect to have Salutations design the invitations, and choose whether or not to print, assemble address, etc. the invitations, themselves. Quotes typically take 1 to 2 business days to complete and will be sent via email unless otherwise requested.
